The “Festival De Cine Latino Americano – Norte” (FDCLA-Norte) features the best international Latino and Latin American content. We aim to showcase and support existing and emerging creative Latino filmmakers worldwide by creating a space for innovative, original, and thought-provoking works: ‘ by’, ‘about,’ and ‘for’ the Latino community.
