Program Description
Join us at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2024! The trip is designed as an on-the-ground learning experience at North America's most prestigious film festival. The GIO program is a one-week trip that will provide students with hands-on experience at a major international film festival and market, including major film premieres and red carpets, TIFF Industry conference panels, master class workshops, and networking with media professionals.

Eligibility: The Fall 2024 program is open to MRTS and CBCM juniors, seniors, and graduate students. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 and have completed one of the following courses before Fall 2024 -OR- be enrolled in one of these courses during Fall 2024: MRTS 3615, MRTS 4360/5460, MRTS 4450/5660, MRTS 5125.
