Frances Perkins is an accomplished writer, director and producer of film and video. She received her B.A. in Film Studies at University of California Santa Barbara, and her M.F.A. in Film Production at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. With 12 years of teaching experience at the university level, Perkins was previously an Associate Professor of Communication Theatre Arts at the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley.
